In these conditions, the producer can only take account of discontinuities which are visible to the naked eye. If, during the subsequent descaling or working operations by the user reveals the defective spots on the surface. So, it creates conflict between manufacturer and user. To avoid the conflict between producer and customer acceptance criteria exists for surface defect acceptance level.
