Launching fast or not at all - if you hesitate, you risk someone else bringing your idea to life, but with deeper pockets. So, here's the pickle we’re in: What if only the user-facing part of your product is ready, but the business backbone isn't quite there yet? Let me share how we're tackling this with Artyom Palevich, Founder of MATE. 👾 MATE is this nifty browser extension that autonomously pulls your code from GitHub and reviews it—like having a senior dev over your shoulder! It's already getting thumbs-ups from independent developers. But, the twist: We haven't set up user registration or payment systems yet. And we're itching to roll it out broadly to rake in genuine user feedback. So, what’s the move? I’ve schemed up a soft-launch strategy that’s both simple and slick. We’re doing a “hacker” release—just an archive with the extension and setup instructions. We’ll sell early access to this download with a heads-up: everything resets with the official debut on the Chrome Web Store. This way, we start gathering real user feedback by this month! 📢 Over to you guys: Ever launched a product to a tight circle early on? Drop your stories below! What was your product? How did the launch go? Any missteps or masterstrokes worth sharing? Try MATE: https://lnkd.in/eMSEKQR3
