🚗 Ever had a conference call go sideways? Here’s my story: I was driving back to the facility and joined a call with our salesperson and a customer. Suddenly, a car veered into my lane, and I yelled out loud! The call went silent, and then I heard my staff say, “Umm, Gina is on the road returning from a customer visit.” Yep, I forgot to put my phone on mute!
