I’m excited to announce two incredible milestones that our team, RetroRythm, has achieved: 🏆 VibeCheck, a chrome extension designed to transform modern websites into dynamic, 90s-inspired experiences, was recognized as one of the winning projects at the Neuro Nostalgia Hackathon organised by Hackathon Raptors. 🌟 Our project earned a feature on HackRead Media, a global platform for cutting-edge tech and cybersecurity. 🚀What does VibeCheck do? It analyzes a website's structure and styling to apply a retro aesthetic intelligently. It replaces contemporary colour palettes with neon hues, pixel art textures, and classic retro fonts reminiscent of the early internet era. It helps create a nostalgic browsing experience while keeping all the advanced functionality intact, being the perfect blend of nostalgia and innovation. 🎉🎉Being featured on HackRead Media is a game-changer. It’s where groundbreaking ideas meet the global stage, and seeing VibeCheck there is a surreal honor. Huge appreciation to my teammates Dhruv Dawar and Manya Valecha – Team RetroRythm, who brought VibeCheck to life. A massive thank you to Hackathon Raptors for organizing such an inspiring event. 🎉🎉 Our project was judged by experts from renowned companies like Evatar.ai, Samsung Electronics, Mayflower, Greentube GmbH, Machinify and Accenture, our project stood out for its creativity and technical execution.
