Introducing Andrea Dih Kahn – France Market Lead for WEConnect International. We are thrilled to announce Andréa Dih Kahn, EMBA as the new France Market Lead for WEConnect International, based in Paris. With over 14 years of global experience in finance, technology, and insurance, Andrea is a seasoned transformation consultant passionate about people, networking, and women’s leadership. In her role, Andrea will focus on identifying and certifying women-owned businesses in France, fostering connections with corporate buyers, and building a sustainable support network through training and events. Her expertise and dedication will be key in expanding WEConnect International’s presence and empowering women entrepreneurs across the country. We are excited to have Andrea lead this important mission!

Two weeks ago we marked the official closing of the Bayer & WEConnect International Europe Elevate Mentorship and Training Program!   We kicked off the program at the end of last year, but these past 3 months of mentorship flew by, and everyone wished for more time together. Yesterday’s event truly highlighted moments of gratitude, wisdom, admiration, friendship, and the joy of finally meeting everyone in person. Valuable relationships were formed, and we’re grateful to have facilitated such experiences alongside Bayer.   A special thank you to Bayer for such a high engagement level - having two mentors per mentee was a true testament to the incredible commitment!   Of course, none of this would have been possible without the incredible support of Andrea Fimian from fips consulting, Maria Fernanda Duarte, Bonnie Finger, Tarunima Singh, Laura Di Carlo from Quadmark, our amazing MC, Earl Ermita, and many others. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who participated and hope these connections continue to grow.   It was a pleasure for Sonia Buse and Jerome F. to attend and close out this amazing ELEVATE program in person with all the mentors and mentees.
