A Call for Professionalism in Recruitment I recently had an experience that left me disappointed with the hiring process. A recruiter Himanshu Kumar from Denave https://lnkd.in/g6hsehqb reached out, informed me my resume was shortlisted, and mentioned an interview would be scheduled soon. However, after weeks of silence and follow-ups, I was only left with seen messages with zero response. This lack of communication and transparency wastes candidates' time and erodes trust in the process. Every job seeker deserves clear and honest updates, even if the outcome isn’t favorable. Recruiters play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience. Let’s strive for a more respectful and professional hiring ecosystem. Guys kindly be safe from these frauds Do report his ID as well as his phone no. +91-99532 25216 #fraud #linkedin #fraudinterview

It has been 4 months since I got laid off from my previous role. I would be lying if I said this has been a stress free, fun and easy 4 months. My days are often spent scouring LinkedIn and endless job boards to be met with one of the following: "We reviewed your application and decided to move forward with other candidates." "We have decided to not move forward with your application." "We are cancelling your interview due to filling the position this morning." I still have the green banner. I have been met with one of the following after final interviews: "We absolutely loved you but decided to go with the other candidate." "We would love to hire you but we had to delay hiring." "We have decided to go with another candidate with more experience for this role." I don't usually ask for help but I am struggling. I am struggling to find a company who sees my value and impact. I am struggling to find my own self worth in this process. I am struggling to find my next role - Senior Operations Manager, Client Manager, Regional Manager, Customer Service Manager, Senior Manager Partnership or any corporate role. I have a good overall experience in all the above roles mentioned along with good experience in handling large team's. Location: Anywhere in Chennai. Open to travelling roles too within the South Region and International travel too. If you are a HR or CEO of a company reading this post, kindly review my profile and see if it's of any interest and if it's suits your company's requirements. I would be more than happy to take up a role that is inline with my experience and areas of expertise. Give me a Chance to get back on my feet, its getting tougher day by day.. Today I happened to read this on my FB page . Think this is true in most of the Cases including myself. How many agree is a ?

Hi, good morning everyone. #namaste If you are asking for a referral from me or someone else for a job, you should be prepared to never miss the referral opportunity. As you all know, job referrals increase your application will be seen by a recruiter or hiring manager and ultimately give you a boost in the hiring process. A few weeks ago, I referred around 100 candidates, but most were rejected. Many made the same mistake: they didn't create proper CVs. They applied through my referral, but all were rejected. To ensure you don't miss the referral opportunity, I've added a few points to help ensure your CV won't be rejected: Kindly check the job description. -- Create a resume tailored to the job description. -- Apply for the referred job. -- Upgrade your skills. -- Give the interview and explore your career. Kindly give your suggestions in the comment box for #referrals. Thank you! Follow Nirbhay Kaushik for further job referrals.

Got an opprtunity to speak with Deepak Dobhal on ZEE Business about "Ghost Jobs". Are you familiar with the term? This happens when a company advertises a non existent job to scam candidates. This generally happens at more entry level segments but also sees its presence at mid/senior level in guise of building a talent pool or creating a perception that company is in good shape and hiring. This continues to increase and the solution is that job seekers either go through a reputed consulting organization or try to build connects in the company advertising the job to check for genuineness! Hitting that "apply" button on company website and hoping you will get a job is being optimistic at best! Complete link to video in comments section!
