When I go for a race, I want to win it, right? If I'm going for an interview, I want to get selected. That's a mindset first salary negotiation. He banged on the table. He kind of abused me. No, though people write posts on LinkedIn saying HR will get back to us and we never get feedback. But trust me, every time I did that, it backfired. Yeah, I can understand. So I like such people who ask these questions. What is the best answer you've heard for Do you have any questions for me? He said, I hope you will not give me anything in dayshift cause you know I cannot go out in sun. I have to use a lot of. On screen, but no bias. The people come with different mindsets also. But if the cornerstone is curiosity, knowing more about things, I guess it it makes sense. Should applicants apply on jobs which are let's say two months old? Should they bother applying? Putting that effort? They would already have so much of junk rather than that. I've seen that candidates don't consider Esops as like a real combat jets, more like a fictional 1 because they themselves don't know. The candidate will also not take it seriously. I feel like in long term wealth is created only through this or salary and all will go on. But when you get powered in the entire. Bing.
