One of the most important lessons I've learned in my professional journey is that growth comes from continuous learning. Whether it's gaining hands-on experience on challenging projects or expanding my technical skills through research and study, I'm always looking for ways to improve. Emergency Project for Marafiq: GRP Pipe Leak Repair I recently managed a critical project for Marafiq, repairing a leak in GRP pipe that supplies water to various industries and plants. The project, completed within 3 weeks, involved significant challenges and high-pressure management. Key aspects of the project: --Excavation : Supervised deep excavation, ensuring safe access to the damaged section. --Water management: Managed high water levels by selecting and utilizing appropriate dewatering pumps, gaining valuable knowledge in pump types and selection based on site requirements. --Subcontractor and team coordination: Led internal teams and subcontractors to complete tasks efficiently. --Confined space work and safety: Applied strict safety protocols while working in confined spaces to protect the team. --Client communication: Provided consistent updates to the client, addressing concerns and keeping them informed. --Higher management reporting: Delivered regular progress reports to higher management, ensuring transparency and alignment. This project expanded my technical expertise in dewatering pump selection, confined space operations, and strengthened my management and communication skills.
