This day serves as a poignant reminder of the resilience, bravery, and unity that define us as a nation. Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate – we can not consecrate – we can not hallow – this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us – that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion – that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain – that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom – and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. Since the [Event of 05/15/2018;] Theirs a plot to ".Capture, Rescue and Secure the Safety"; of Heirs, without the need of Personal Physical Violence to cause Injury to Person's or Properties. I've Pre-Meditated ever since my family and I been Gang-Raped by person DBA U.S. Discovering the war against We the People, a war for your mind to create monsters, suicide and too cause destruction in our society. A war without having a license to kill. A silent war with TRUST & EQUITY in TREASURES. A war with the use of State and federal papers for a Fatherless Nation. Divide & Conquer without Truth & Justice A personal war with Parental Alienation base on Gender, Race, Beliefs, Rich or Poor. Someone made a point and said, Fernando You have a large number of men behind your back in all Four Corners of the Earth. What do you plan on doing With this knowledge vs wisdom you have gained? One thing is for sure; all things are possible at the free will of man. I remind myself every-day and night, who am I, and why am I here; and, whom do I serve? 🙏🏼

Today I preached on Micah's ancient vision of just peace--not just the absence of violence and fear, but the presence of livelihoods, shelter, food, and security. Swords into ploughshares. I invited celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights-. Rights are the foundation of justice and peace. Weseek not just the absence of war, but the presence of human rights. Today we remember those who died pursuing human rights, who were murdered for following after the things that make for peace. May they be present in our hearts and in the struggle for rights to be made real. In every war across our globe we need not just ceasefire, although this is a most necessary beginning, but we need the progressive realization of human rights. We need the things that make for peace, that sustain peace. In this pursuit, we have work to do everywhere. May we continue to seek what these visions, ancient and modern, strive to inspire. #UDHR75. https://lnkd.in/gQNcSaeA

Excellent points, Val. We who saw 9/11 terrorist acts will never forget the loss to so many families. It seems today, the principle of “see something, say something” lost its impact. When Ivy League and other students, potentially funded by foreign terrorists and career protesters, waved Hamas and ISIS flags, vandalized monuments, and intimidated Jewish and other students, it appears that speaking up no longer makes a difference. Many colleges fail to address severe antisemitic actions, while minor infractions against other groups often result in expulsion. Is it 1939 Germany or 2024 America? I have to ask myself seeing so many posts rightfully, honestly recognize our terrible losses on 9/11... but I haven't seen mention here or on the news of who did it and why. And now similar terror groups are here, loud, proud, and popularly accepted by faculty and students more than ever before. Let's not forget 9/11--and who and why they slaughtered innocents. And we can't afford to forget that terroristic goal hasn't diminished, as daily evidence indicates.
Today, we come together as a nation to remember September 11, 2001—a day that tested our strength but never broke our spirit. In the face of tragedy, we saw the best of humanity: compassion, resilience, and unity. As we honor the lives lost and the heroes who emerged, let us also celebrate the enduring strength that unites us all. INDUSTRY CALL TO ACTION The ATA/MSC and The IAM/DAB are asking their members to write letters to Congress.Following engagement by the American Trucking Associations’ Moving & Storage Conference, several key Members of Congress have agreed to lead letters to US Transportation Command voicing industry concerns about the GHC Program, commitment of industry capacity, and how the Program risks negative impacts to military readiness and military family quality of life. The lawmakers have asked that ATA-MSC and you, our member companies, help in getting other lawmakers to join them in signing these letters. To support this effort, we invite you to draft a short letter urging your Congressional representatives to join as signatories to the letters. it should include your company’s logo and physical address, reference how long you have been in business, and ask the lawmakers to sign the letters. Finally, the letter should be signed by a senior leader within your company. If you decide to draft a letter, please send the completed copy to rbowley@trucking.org. ATA-MSC will take care of providing them to lawmakers’ offices. Note that these Congressional letters are in addition to the ATA-MSC’s work seeking a GAO study.
