Thanks to everyone who joined us at the groundbreaking of the new ±30,000 square foot, three-story, Class A office and retail building at 1100 North Orange Avenue in the heart of Winter Park, Florida! McCraney Property Company closed on the ±1.88 acre property in early 2024 and plans to move their headquarters to the site. Office and retail space will also be available for lease in the building.
