We gladly braved this morning's chilly weather to celebrate the groundbreaking of McCraney Property Company’s new office building in Winter Park. This 30,000 square foot mixed-use facility will anchor the bustling five-point intersection along Fairbanks Avenue while providing Class-A office space for McCraney and future tenants. The three-story building also includes space for retail on the ground floor, along with ample outdoor space to be enjoyed by both staff and pedestrians. Scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025, McCraney's new headquarter building will transform the Winter Park corridor, and we can’t wait to see the completed project!
