❓ HELP NEEDED! ❓ Alright my LinkedIn friends and colleagues…I am looking for some help. I have had tickets open with vendors for months, with no resolution, and I know it is a simple solution, so maybe one of you knows the answer? I have 2 hotels, both on Opera Cloud. 1 is on the Synxis CRS and the other on Amadeus iHotelier CRS. Both use Duetto for pricing. Duetto publishes pricing to Opera Cloud with no issues, but OXI (both hotels are on OXI, not OHIP) doesn’t push BAR updates to the CRS. The only way we can get them to process to the CRS is by doing a Rate Sync for BAR. This step shouldn’t be necessary. What setting(s) in OXI needs to be updated to allow these to automatically push to the CRS? Or is a Business Event that needs to be set up? #hoteldistribution #hotels
