Finance Leaders in New York: Temps And Contractors Are Not Just A Hiring Trend! Over the last few weeks on my calls, I've been asked a few times now why there's a surge in companies opting for temps or contractors. I'm seeing more organizations leaning toward contract positions, especially for specialized projects like streamlining new software or system implementations. From what I can gather, New York comapnies are needing the flexibility to adapt to changing market demands quickly – and that's what temps and contractors provide.
