Are you applying to dietetic internships for Spring Match? Here are 5 things to look for in a DI Program! 1. Staff Support. It's important to know there is someone in your corner. Is there a DI advisor, alumni mentor, or team member you can reach out to for help, support, and advice during the internship? 2. Concentration or Elective Rotations. It's advantageous if you are able to gain experience in areas of dietetics you're most interested in. If the program offers concentrations, do any of them align with your future career goals? Or do you have the opportunity to select your rotation sites or an elective rotation? 3. Combined Masters-DI Options. It's great to have options. For those who need a master's degree, is your program affiliated with any graduate programs? Or can you complete your degree with the school of your choice? 4. Flexibility. It's crucial to find a program that fits with your lifestyle. Does the program allow part-time options? Is relocation required? 5. RDN Exam Prep. It's a bonus if your program helps you prepare for the RDN exam. Do they provide any study materials, tutoring, webinars or classes? Wellness Workdays DI offers all of these and more!
