Over the next 4 days will share some tips we believe will help you recognizing warning signs that your child may be mistreated. On and Off the field it's crucial that you ensure your child's well-being and safety. Here are some indicators to watch out for: 1. Physical Injuries: Frequent or unexplained injuries, especially if they seem to occur during practices or games. 2. Changes in Behavior: Noticeable changes in your child's behavior, such as increased anxiety, withdrawal, mood swings, or sudden reluctance to participate in sports activities. 3. Fear or Apprehension: Expressions of fear or apprehension about attending practices or games, or reluctance to be around specific coaches or teammates. 4. Excessive Criticism: Your child receives constant criticism or negative feedback from coaches, peers, or even parents, which may undermine their confidence and self-esteem. 5. Bullying or Harassment: Signs of bullying, harassment, or exclusion from teammates, coaches, or other individuals associated with the sports program. As an organization, as coaches, parents and human beings we believe it is our job to protect ALL children no matter what! #FMBA #WEBELONGHERE #CANWEALLJUSTGETALONG
If you haven't had the chance to watch this short documentary of a High School Team in Ft. Meyers it shows you what really is still happening in the game. 😥

Focus on the present! It’s not the destination, it’s the journey to get where you want, that’s what truly matters.
Kenny Trevino joined the San Antonio Spurs as a ball boy in 2012. He's worked his way up through the organization for over a decade, now the team's Head Video Coordinator. Next week, the 31-year-old will serve as the Spurs Summer League head coach. “My goal is to become a head coach someday… all I’m worried about now is being the best video coordinator.” #TheComeUp

Grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such exceptional colleagues like Megan Tao, Maggie Choi, and Ashley Shafer, especially when it is a firm outing to a baseball game. Exactly. This trend is observable across various teams, including FC Barcelona (I am a huge fan), where erstwhile luminaries like Xavi, Iniesta, and Deco displayed a penchant for audacious strikes from distance. Contrastingly, the current crop of players, typified by Frenkie De Jong, Pedri, and Gavi, seems less inclined towards such ventures. This reluctance to attempt long shots may stem from a prevailing ethos prioritizing methodical buildup play and meticulous execution over spontaneity and risk-taking. In essence, modern football seems to favor a more controlled approach, where players are encouraged to seek optimal scoring opportunities rather than opt for speculative efforts from afar. Regrettably, this trend may intensify in the future, as tactical frameworks become increasingly rigid and players are groomed to adhere strictly to predefined strategies. However, it's crucial to recognize the inherent value of experimentation and unpredictability in football—a sentiment encapsulated in the adage, "If you don't shoot, you will never be able to know how much the goalkeeper can take." Thus, striking a balance between tactical discipline and creative expression remains imperative in preserving the essence of the beautiful game. Anyways Great Post!!!
"I could hear people saying: 'don't shoot, don't shoot!' 🗣️ But I didn't come this far in my career to have young players tell me when to shoot," said Vincent Kompany after the Man City vs Leicester game in May 2019, where his long-distance goal won them the Premier League title. Now, you might remember that Kompany moment as an iconic long shot 🚀, but looking at the long shots data from recent seasons, we might never witness such a moment again. It's revealed that top teams in Europe tend to avoid long-distance shots more often, as you can see from the viz here. 📊 This post was inspired by the discussions I've had with Ryan B. and Patrick Geraghty in my previous post.

Insight: Believe in your team, believe in yourself, and fight with determined effort towards your common goal. Dan Monson, Head Coach at Long Beach State, got fired after a rough season. He agreed to finish out the year, winning an improbable 3 games and the conference championship giving them an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Dan, knowing he was fired for the upcoming season, fought for his players. This is March Madness! Reflect and act: Do you believe in the success of your team? What action(s) can you take to show it? https://lnkd.in/d7nDsbq7

Phil Foden - [0,9scan/s] - 9 scans in 10 seconds before receiving against Brentford Football Club and 2 big chances created after fantastic first touch [directional control of the pass]: - adapting positioning and body profile to receive with progression [direction of the game], - receiving in the best direction with first touch → already driving with the ball in the second touch [fluidity of the receiving] - components of vision, dynamics and rotation, - changing rythm and direction [alternating to disrupt defensive actions] - withdraw and rotate before receiving to use the defenders dynamics against him. #individualanalysis #recruitmentanalysis #playersdevelopment

Nice post by Slawomir. Showcasing perfectly how important it is to know ones surroundings in order to make the best decisions in Football. Of course Foden’s technical abilities are essential for him to do the magic he does, but his vision and scanning sets him up for success. Be Your Best™ enables all players to set themselves up for success, just like Foden is doing here, and we just surpassed 3500 paying subscribers from over 70 countries 🚀⚽️ #gameintelligencetraining #vr #futureoffootball #scanning

What are the Educational, Health, or Economic Benefits to these Players and their Families for that kids uncompensated participation in any additional “NON-SCHOLARSHIP” private third-party postseason football games that pay the Universities and the Conferences for the use of their free labor to put on these highly profitable Bowl events. The answer is ZERO! These additional 1-5 POSTSEASON games are also above the Players’ 12 game athletic scholarship agreement? Our Proposal offers Major Benefits in all three Categories to the Players and their Families! Scholarship Football Players are owed Hundreds of Millions of dollars from this year’s Media contract that uses these Players’ Name, Image, and Likeness NIL without any equitable financial consideration to the Players or their Families! This lost Money could have a major impact on these Players lives, the lives of their current and future family members for generations? We do not support, or agree with the House vs NCAA Settlement or the current covert attempts to extend and expand this Antitrust exploitation of our young (mostly minority) FB & BB Players' labor that the US Supreme Court and Federal District Court have recently struck down as illegal and implausible.
The Dolphins and star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle have agreed on a three-year, $84.75 million contract extension that includes $76 million in guaranteed compensation, according to sources. This makes Waddle one of the league's top five highest-paid wide receivers. #LInkedInSports #SportsBiz #NFL
