Through our partnership with Providence, we have built a new care model leveraging technology and Cadence’s remote clinical team working as an extension of Providence’s own clinical team to improve the care for chronic disease patients. In a new podcast interview, Chief of Virtual Care & Digital Health Eve Cunningham MD MBA shares why she’s energized by our team-based care approach along with lessons for the broader healthcare industry about how they can also innovate within their own organizations. “[Cadence is] going to be one of the predominant solutions because of the ease of which you are able to stand up the program and support the program.
