Co-Founder and CEO at WeNatal, transforming the fertility space with the first prenatal supplement optimized for her AND him
In the last 60 years the global fertility rate fell from 5.3 births per woman to 2.3. Sperm counts have dropped 62% since 1973 . We are here to empower those who want to optimize their fertility. We want to bust the myths that we all have heard over and over again. "You are too old" "There is nothing you can do" "Men don't have a fertility time clock " We bust these myths and more with our friend Max Lugavere. Tune into this important conversation >>

3moYou're getting it right. Western civilizations have a adopted a lifestyle that isn't healthy in the long-run. You cannot be healthy if you don't exercise, get the right nutrients, get enough sleep, have a positive mindset and surround yourself with the people that do you good. So you can have varying perspectives on what's healthy. Most of us are born healthy. So the goal shouldn't be to optimize our health but to stay healthy in the first place. This means: go do that workout, prepare the healthy foods and then analyze what nutrients may still be lacking, measure what's needed, and then take action and add the few vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, etc. to close the gaps.
