Our team is together in St. Louis this week for our annual Werk Meeting. We’re going over the strategic direction of the company, doing valuable training, and most importantly, getting to hang out with each other in person! We’re making the most of what St. Louis has to offer, thanks to our local tour guide Morgan Goebel, MMR, who also baked us some amazing Werk-themed cookies & cupcakes.
Every time we get the team together like this it is hugely impactful on how we can deliver better insights for B2B companies. We had the opportunity to hear from one of our clients on what that looks like from the internal stakeholder’s perspective. We also did training for the team on qualitative research, recognizing that is an area where we are seeing high demand from clients.
There were a lot of key takeaways: namely, to always order the toasted raviolis, but also how to improve our research processes (particularly by expanding on our use of AI), and thoughtful ways to enhance our insights. The stuff that’s constantly in the background, and not always front of mind, yet is fundamental to why we started this business in the first place.
