🚨 Attention U.S. residents! 🚨 Recent polling by KFF sheds light on the alarming impact of health care costs on American families. Here are the key findings: 1️⃣ **Difficulty Affording Health Care**: Half of U.S. adults find it tough to afford health care, with 1 in 4 facing challenges paying for it in the past year. The expansion of the definition of health care and mental health care is based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, which states that for an individual to thrive, certain needs must be met. These needs include physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization. What’s top of mind for seniors going into this year’s election? According to the National Poll on Healthy Aging from University of Michigan, America’s seniors are most concerned about the cost of health care. Recent data from ATI Advisory shows that Medicare Advantage beneficiaries spend an average of $2,541 less per year on out-of-pocket costs and premiums compared to those enrolled in Fee-for-Service Medicare. The takeaway is clear: Medicare Advantage is the best value for seniors, and the gap with Fee-For-Service Medicare is only growing.
