Royal MENtality School Based Coordinator Job Description:
- Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and hosting college tours
- Serve as a point of contact at local high schools with administrators and counselors
- Maintain data of student demographics, grade cards, disciplinary action plans, etc.
- Assist and/or lead the initiative to secure current and new college partners for the organization
- Maintain current relationship with current college and professional community partners by providing updated organizational information, soliciting ways for them to remain involved
- Responsible for all back-hand and day-off logistics for college tour days (secure van rentals, hotel accommodations, tracking registration forms/permission slips, tour itineraries, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents/participants as it relates to any college preparation related (tours, advice on studying, FAFSA, etc.)
- Tracks participant and parent feedback for overall program improvement and effectiveness
- Serve as the point of contact for all college trip coordination and implementation
- Assist the Royal MENtality Director in administrative duties
- Conducts one on one sessions with scholars on college and career readiness
- Complete and submit reports per grant requirements
- Other duties as assigned
