❗ Date of KSeF entry into force already known ❗️ The obligatory National e-Invoice System will come into force on 1 February 2026 for entrepreneurs whose sales value exceeds PLN 200 million, and from 1 April 2026 for all entrepreneurs, said Finance Minister Andrzej Domański. The reason for such a long delay is the numerous errors shown in the audit of the system.
