Cecelia-Popova and Lluzhan are a group of licenses covering 239 km2, located in the center of Kosova, 15km southeast from the Stanterg mine. Several prospective targets have been delineated in those projects using geochemistry, airborne geophysics and geological mapping. -Cecelia (Epithermal/Porphyry type mineralization), Rock sample up to 20 g/t Au and 700 g/t Ag. -Popova (High level structurally controlled epithermal mineralization), Stream sample up to 10.2 g/t Au, soil sample up to 0.4 g/t Au. -Lluzhan (High level epithermal mineralization), massive Pyrite and Arsenopyrite bearing structure extending for 20km within our licenses. Raven Cu-Au Prospect potential improved by recent geochemistry and geophysics surveys. Highlights: • Analysis of the down hole electromagnetic survey (DHEM) of drill hole 23MERC033 at Raven, identifies a modeled conductive plate extending for approximately 100m along strike to the SSE of the current drilling. • The DHEM response in drillhole 23MERC033 is potentially significant for two reasons: 1. Cu-Au mineralisation at Raven contains pyrrhotite (iron sulphide) that is conductive and responds to EM surveys. 2. 23MERC023 drilled last year has two zones of mineralisation including; ▪ 8m @ 1.0% Cu & 0.08g/t Au from 85m including 1m @ 1.79% & 0.25g/t Au from 85m and 2m @ 2.96% & 0.16g/t Au from 91m (23MER033) and ▪ 12m @ 0.81% Cu & 0.09g/t Au from 113m, including 8m @ 1.0% Cu & 0.11g/t Au from 113m, and 3m @ 1.68% & 0.21g/t Au (23MERC033) • New rock chip sampling at Raven identifies 3.96% Cu (MER396) from a narrow gossan approximately 165m SSE along strike from the nearest drill hole and along strike from the DHEM conductive plate model. • Follow up drilling at Raven of four holes for 600m planned after Brumby Ridge drilling. “Raven Cu-Au mineralisation contains pyrrhotite that responds well to electromagnetic surveys, hence the recent DHEM survey indicates a modelled conductor extending for at least 100m along strike from the nearest drill hole. The presence of the DHEM conductor combined with new strong geochemical sampling results along the same SSE trend, provides robust drill targeting for our next program. Raven is one of several exciting prospects that Cooper is planning to follow-up during the 2024 field season and is only 3km south of the Brumby Ridge Cu-Au Prospect. Geophysics Integration Reveals Upside at Piuquenes Cu–Au Porphyry Project “The integration and interpretation of historic electrical geophysical data has further validated the Piuquenes project as a Company making asset. High-grade copper and gold remain open at Piuquenes Central, with an apparent north-east trend evident, and Piuquenes East represents a standalone, undrilled, outcropping porphyry target. We are now focused on the integration of the recently recovered magnetic survey and finalization of our 3D model, in order to more fully define approaches and targets for the upcoming 2024-25 field season. During this field season, we will delineate the size and grade potential of the first deposit, concurrently drill test Piuquenes East, and further explore the potential for a cluster of deposits through surface exploration and possibly geophysics.”

METHODS OF EXPLORATION Geophysical surveys, bedrock mapping, geochemical sampling and diamond drilling are examples of the methods we use in exploration to find new mineral deposits. Airborne geophysical survey: Airborne geophysical methods are typically carried out for mapping regional geological structures to delineate areas favorable to metal exploration. Common airborne surveys methods are magnetic, radiometric, gravity or electromagnetics. Surface geophysical survey: Geophysical ground surveys are typically carried out when a geological area of interest has been identified and exploration requires more detailed investigations. Bedrock mapping: Where there are outcrops, the bedrock is mapped to collect all kinds of geological information that can give clues of where to find economic mineralization. This typically also includes physically searching for geologically interesting boulders that have been separated from the bedrock. Geochemical Sampling: Where there is a moraine cover on top of the bedrock, geochemical sampling of the overburden can be used as an exploration tool to study the chemical composition of an area. #ASXNews Guaneros Drone Magnetometry and Geochemistry Identifies High Priority Targets Latin American focused #copper-#gold explorer, Solis Minerals is pleased to announce an update on exploration activities at the Guaneros Project situated in the prospective Coastal Belt of southern Peru. • Drone magnetic anomalies have been outlined in favourable geological and structural settings at Guaneros Project, Peru • Rock grab samples, in a zone of alteration associated with one of the magnetic anomalies, returned anomalous copper and gold values • The combination of magnetometry, geochemistry and mapping has established Guaneros as a high priority exploration area • Identified anomalies are anticipated to be followed up, where practical, with ground based Induced Polarisation (IP) surveys to assist with the final target and drill design programmes • Geochemical sampling and mapping will continue to gain a better understanding of alteration and mineralisation styles present and assist with targeting of the first drill programmes • Guaneros is the fourth of five Solis project areas being progressed to drill status for copper porphyry targeting in Southern Peru and is situated on the prospective Coastal Belt between the Ilo Este and Chancho Al Palo drill targets • Drilling of the portfolio of targets is being planned to commence in Q4 and continue through 2025 #SLM Executive Director Mike Parker commented: “The results of the drone magnetometry have made a highly significant contribution to our understanding of settings for potential mineralisation in the prospective Coastal Belt. “At Guaneros, similar magnetic signatures to those associated with known mineralisation at nearby Ilo Este are evident.
