3moFirst, fix your service and then make a post. It's been over 45 days since my refund request, and it still hasn't been processed. This problem isn't just mine; many customers are facing the same issue, as I've observed on various social media posts. There are several issues: 1. Refunds are not being issued. 2. Customer service is rude and lacks knowledge. 3. Simple tasks are being handled in a complicated manner. Moreover, if anyone gives advice to the company, it gets ignored. If this continues, you will never be able to improve your service, and no one will use your app.
