Just wrapped up an incredible experience at World Food India 2024! This time it was more than a treasure trove of insights for us as we strategically divided our time and attention navigating the event with intention and strategy, focusing on what truly matters for our growth and expansion.
If you have ever been to an expo you would know how overwhelming they become! With the venue divided into halls and each sectioned into stalls you don’t want to miss at all, yet you don’t want to be running around like a headless chicken!
We’re an up-and-coming snacking brand in India, and we’re proud to say we’ve checked off many of our initial goals. With operations now expanding overseas, we have a clear vision for our next steps. So, here’s what we focused on:
Filtered Focus: Instead of trying to see everything, we pinpointed key exhibitors that aligned with our vision—packaging innovations, marketing strategies and sales techniques that can propel us forward. With them we dove deep into conversations and took notes.
Guided Growth: We made it a priority to meet with distributors and leaders who are shaping the industry. Their insights were invaluable, offering guidance that will inform our next steps as we expand across India. It’s amazing what you can learn from those who’ve paved the way!
Think Tank : We didn’t just take in information; we actively documented our observations. After hours, the team gathered to brainstorm on what impressed us, what truly stood out, and what we should incorporate—or leave behind. This collaborative reflection allowed us to harness our insights and refine our strategy moving forward.
In our view, while we saved ourselves from exhausting our energies on futile visits from one stall to another, we managed to reinforce the importance of meaningful connections and deep dives into relevant topics rather than surface-level skimming.
It will be exciting to take these insights and implement new ideas that will set us apart in this competitive landscape. Here’s to making every opportunity count!
