Here’s a quick rundown to help you navigate the new vacation year smoothly: 🇸🇪 Sweden: Ensure employees use their 20 vacation days by December 31st. Even if you are self employed you can have paid vacation time!! There is a simple formula for anyone. It’s pretty easy. It may take you a few hours or days to set it up the first time. But once you do, it keeps working. So how do you do it? Write down every task you doing a day. I mean everything, brush your teeth, bathroom, send emails, make dinner, or any other task. Look at the list and pick something that fits these parameters the closest. 1)you don’t like to do it 2)it takes about 20 or more minutes of your time to do. 3)you have to do it daily or often Build a simple automation for that task. 3 Examples: 1)If it’s emails, have filters that prioritize your emails and remove the spammy ones. If they really need you they will get to you. Ai can read and summarize them as well. 2)Client follow up. Many expanding solutions so you never have to set a meeting yourself again. 3)Time management. There are many calendar and coordination solutions. Shape your areas of what you want in your calendar and let automation manage the remainder. Even my toothbrush has an automatic 2 min timer on it so I don’t need to hold a space in my brain for unimportant tracking of life. So how does it all work with vacation? If you automate 20 min per day. That’s 7300 min per year you saved! That equals 121 hours and 40 minutes. That equals just over 3 weeks of full time 40 hour work weeks. You spend 3 weeks a year doing your 20 min task. Automate one 20 min task and you can have 3 weeks of your life back. Just imagine if you did a little more?
