It is based on a bold white cuboid, accentuated by projecting elements and generous areas of glazing to provide a high level of transparency. When space is at a premium or planning restrictions limit your building. Then this type of design provides the most living space relative to your building footprint. By creating interconnected modules and open plan living, the need for corridors is minimized to areas such as bedrooms where privacy is required.
