Watched the "advertisement" ... don't know the stats regarding regions with active volcanos and tremors... but if westinghouse has a spare reactor this could really help the Dominican Republic, because they have hydraulic plants, but through "el niño" there is not enough water to supply water and electricity to the big cities such as Santo Domingo or Santiago de los Caballeros...
