🫶 Equity, diversity, and inclusion work together and reinforce each other. Guiding our teams on how to build a more inclusive workplace is a priority for us in 2024 and beyond. As part of Broadsign's ongoing commitment to women's development in the workplace and a step towards creating a women-led Employee Resource Group (ERG) within the organization, we recently welcomed Jennifer (Tishman) Willey of Wet Cement to speak to our team about important topics like inclusion and embracing equity in the workplace.  Jennifer shared some of her top tips for accelerating gender equity in the workplace, sharing insights for allies and leaders. Swipe through the slides below to find some of our takeaways. Steering our teams and having these necessary conversations is just a stepping stone. Though we've come a long way, we acknowledge that there is still work to be done. We're committed to doing more to help make Broadsign—and the #AdTech industry at large—a more inclusive and welcoming space for all.
