It leads with why we need to really unpack the prime minister's use of the word #turnaround - for Luxon, it's a lot more than a simple catchphrase; it seems to define his self-image. People argue a lot about whether running a country is like running a company - well, one key difference is that the NZ state sector employs probably about 20-30 times the number of people a large corporate like Air New Zealand does, and provides a wider range of services than most global conglomerates.
