🚀 Excited to share our recent success story with the implementation of the Mark Andy P7 at SATO NZ! 🌟 Our journey commenced with the equipment's dispatch from the United States. Despite encountering unforeseen shipping delays, Aldus Graphics proved to be indispensable partners for SATO NZ, showcasing exceptional professionalism and transparent communication throughout, especially during moments of shipping disruptions. Our proactive stance and steadfast support ensured seamless navigation through the challenges. Upon the equipment's arrival, we swiftly transitioned into the unloading and installation phase, completed with remarkable speed and precision within a week. Team, We've been battling a persistent issue with our Canon 10010, and it's been a challenge. Even three other Vegas shops were puzzled by the vexing lamination problem. But last Friday, Canon Production Printing's team arrived on-site, diving deep into the issue. It wasn't smooth sailing initially - the journey to eliminate the lamination problem felt like a marathon with no finish line in sight. But, the new toner batch introduced and adjustments made to the 10010 have shown promising results. While matte lamination found its footing immediately on Friday, the real test for the gloss film lamination is happening today. It's disheartening to think that despite repeated visits from service technicians and assurances from our sales rep that the issue was being escalated, we've had to push hard for progress. But, here we are, making headway, albeit slowly. This journey isn't just about fixing a machine. It's a testament to our resilience, our unwillingness to settle, and our relentless pursuit of excellence. We're not just waiting for solutions; we're actively seeking them out, challenging our partners to rise to the occasion. Stay tuned as we continue to test and push for the high standards we hold ourselves and our partners to. Your support and patience during this time has been invaluable.
