In the video below I explain what I do on a weekly basis.
As well as what’s required to start a career in IT.
Unlike a lot of other jobs, you don’t need any previous understanding.
In fact, I started IT with 0 background knowledge.
As long as you apply yourself and keep learning -
All doors remain open.
👏We proudly present this week's Fundamental Champion - Nick R.!
FUNDAMENTAL #18: Be Positive
"Nick does a great job with this fundamental! I always enjoy talking to him and can see he is intentional about staying positive even when things get crazy."
Each week, we recognize a team member for living into one of our 34 fundamentals that make up ✨THE VERIHA WAY.✨ 🏆
Say congratulations to Nick!

Team Team Team & Culture 🌍
Being an avid sports fanatic, I find myself drawn to books, podcasts, interviews around the principles which are shared with the business world (where I am also a fanatic!).
Tom Brady, who is one of the greatest sports stars of all time, talks below about the impact of positive team work, and on the flip the ramifications of someone believing they are bigger than the team (bigger than the overarching goal!). The "Culture Levers" towards success is driven through optimal team efforts outlined by the leaders, caring about each other alongside achieving the goal we are driving to accomplish. 🏈
Here at Strativ Group we certainly believe in one mission, one drum beat, #onestrativ as our founder Edward Creedon coined it.🙌
Driving careers, teams, HQ’s to keep breaking records is no mean feat – however it is driven through a set of principles we live by each and every day. From idea meritocracy, continuous improvement through 360 feedback/coaching in line with our high performance culture, we are always striving to bring the best team(s) together. ✔
If this feels like a type of company/culture you would like to work for, please reach out to Louise Gilmour & Sophie Whiteley 🚀
Just like clapping for pilots after a smooth landing,
everyone can use a cheer.
When's the last time you heard applause on landing?
Probably a while ago.
It was almost routine back then.
Why did we stop?
You might think—
"Pilots are just doing their jobs. I don't get applauded for mine."
(I've thought this too)
But here's where we're wrong.
Think about it...
When someone praises your work,
whether it's your boss, a coworker, or a client—
Doesn't it just make your day?
Boost your drive?
Go ahead,
give someone a compliment today.
It can elevate their mood and inspire them to...
- serve
- do their best
- feel they serve a purpose
And I bet you'll feel great because of it too.
Imagine—
if that positive energy spread, how much brighter our world could be?
PS: when did you last genuinely complimented someone?
Today, my goal is to show appreciation to at least 3 people in my circle. Join me?
