During my workshop last week with Nashville Entrepreneur Center, we all experienced a great learning moment in real-time when people were tossing out examples of networks/groups they trust (trust channels)—it emphasized why founders like you need to take time to understand your audience. One person said a trusted source of information for him was an HOA, "most definitely!" I said, but right then someone else shouted out "my trusted sources are anyone but my HOA!" It was hilarious, but also revealed a vital aspect of communication. When mapping customer trust channels, it's vital to understand which networks, groups, tribes, brands, etc. your audience trusts. Failure to do so, will result in failure to reach them. One trust channel that is right for someone else, may be wrong for you, This group of founders learned, in real time, trust channels aren't always obvious—they are only found through getting to know your audience on a deeper level. Failure to maximize face time with your audience results in failure to reach them.

Nothing is better than face-to face & heart-to-heart 💞 Last week we sponsored an event up in LA; fought the traffic, left the kids, set up the booth, rallied some team members and made some connection magic happen.
