Amid all the debate about employees heading back to the office, there is a concerted effort by office managers to upgrade their spaces to make them more inviting. I love brainstorming with clients to help them achieve the right balance between inspiration, privacy, distraction, etc. Here's a question for you...in the employee breakroom/ lunch room/ cafe, do you think it's best to reinforce company values, mission, goals?
