The latest issue of JBI Evidence Implementation features a new project that addresses one of healthcare’s most critical challenges - effective communication. The project team implemented targeted strategies to increase communication adherence among nursing staff. By providing education and improving access to resources, they achieved a 20% increase in adherence to communication standards. Effective communication is essential to patient safety, and this study demonstrates how evidence-based strategies can enable meaningful improvements.
