🚨 Cannabis Industry PSA 🚨 Fellow cannabis pros—can we all agree that the industry isn’t supposed to be a walk in the park? 🛑 Sure, it’s tough. But if it were easy, everyone would be doing it! Instead of passing complaints around, let’s light up our work ethic and get down to business. 💨💼 This game isn’t won by those who talk about how hard it is. It’s won by those who grind through the challenges, roll with the punches, and keep growing. 🌱 So, the next time you feel like throwing in the towel, just remember: We’re in this because we love the hustle. Keep the vibes high and your standards higher. 🚀 #CannabisIndustry #StopWhiningStartGrinding #HighHustle #KeepItLit

✌️❤️🍄🌱💨 Kady the SOP Lady 🦸♀️I help cannabis business owners manage tasks and documents with customizable Standard Operating Procedure templates to stay compliant and profitable.
I have a lot of appreciation for our legacy growers. They made access to the magic plant possible during a decades-long prohibition. And they have a lot of knowledge to offer industry regulators and operators, like: ✔️ best practices for commercializing cannabis ✔️ sophisticated packaging ✔️ whole system of bringing cannabis products to market Since legalization has expanded, there’s been a lot of lessons learned from the mistakes that have been made… like legacy operators not being welcomed into the legal market. We gotta make efforts to undo all the damage that's been done by our government. The more responsible practices that we can bring to the industry as a whole, the more power we give the plant, and the more power we give the plant, the more access the people have. It’s every single operator’s responsibility to represent this plant right and make sure that your company is representing this plant right. Because legalization needs to be worth all the effort and risk that our predecessors took. Lemme know what you guys think! How can we better support our legacy operators in a legalized industry? 📸 with @Chris-Isley from Temeka Group at MJBiz last year
