Verify availability, profitability and salability of sourced properties 2. Create financial simulations to determine the profitability of the sourced properties. 3. Conduct market assessment and competitor scanning to confirm salability of the sourced properties 4. Recommend properties to be moved to the next process (site visit) 5.
