How to use AI mindfully.. For amateurs to professionals..

🥳 Oops, I did it again After some months of not writing because I felt stuck, I reflected on the current Gen-AI narrative. I tried to stay neutral, as I am learning during my yoga lessons. It's an honest attempt to shift our minds to thinking about new ways how we can use AI to benefit us. Enjoy my short Article the Gen-AI Paradox:

I have been back experimenting with Creative AI and my mind is blown with the possibilities. I needed to have a task and I love listening to guided meditations so I decided to create one using as much AI as possible. I used AI to: 1. co-pilot a guided meditation script using a lot of prompting and re-edits  2. generate an original avatar image of the speaker - this has come along so much in the past few months  3. clone my voice so I could create a voice-over from text - it’s very American but getting better and better with each new iteration 4. find videos and images for the background - a huge time saver for multiple video types  5. talking avatar - adding audio and making a still image look like it’s speaking is just 🤯 6. generate music and sound effects - this isn’t great but music is hard work so I was impressed to say the least  and then I brought it all together in Premiere Pro. This is a very basic example of what a mix software can do with ease. It’s far from great but it’s super early days and it’s improving faster than anyone can grasp. Overall, I am excited about the possibilities of AI. I think it will open doors for individuals and small teams but will change the structure of entire industries. Personally, I love change - up to the point of technological singularity 😱 I'd love to hear your thoughts, questions and ideas!
