What is the tetramorph model ? The tetra health model or tetramorph model is a model of behavior health I came up with. After months of studying and practicing energy work, a thought dawned upon me. The number “4” and the stages of humanity are everywhere. 4 stages of alchemical process -4 gospels -4 stages of life -4 elements -4 fixed signs -4 components of integrative health This is not a coincidence to me. What is the thing that kept showing up in studies of other integrative health? Opposing forces. NOT duality. This relates to our health The model focuses on what Hippocrates said aeons ago the origin of chronic illness begins with the gut. We will work on this to develop the physical body of health. The next phase works on the mental body or clarity (Man) Here we focus on the neurotransmitters, serotonin system, and introduction to a new way of dieting The third phase we work on the emotional body or resistance integration. The spiritual body is the final stage of health: This stage involves finding out where we can find meaning. The spiritual body is the key to longevity and disease prevention. Hopefully this model will be my magnus opus to share with others.
