I think when true leadership is visible. People enjoy going to work. When people aren't leaders, folks just show up. This is Roslyn. Her job is to create and foster a sense of community in the workplace. Just trying to help people understand, like, what true leadership is. It's really about helping people be better. But in order to build that culture, she realized one important piece was missing. I need leaders. But what's stopping you? Well, where do I find them? Right over there. And how do I train them? Well, I can. And can I make more? OK, that's a lot. To find those answers, we need to take a step back. Not that far back the future. Wildsparq CEO and founder Cord, who was working with a football team. What does that have to do with me? Stick with me, Roslyn. That's coming. He coordinated to build leadership on the team. The key strategy was to invest in key players. But then something totally unexpected happened. A movement had started. There were dozens and dozens of football players that were growing as leaders. And what he learned changed his life. And what I learned during that time changed my life. When you have the right leaders, anything can grow. And so Cord set out to tell the business world about what he learned. We love this. But there was a. Serious problem. To become great leaders, people need consistent development. Because court is only one man and he can't be cloned. He turned to the next best thing. And that's when things exploded. Turns out Cord isn't the only one who believes leaders shape the future. The team grew, and now we're called Wildsparq. Yeah, but what is it exactly? Wildsparq is a leadership development platform, and it all starts here. Every month you get a curated lesson. It's all things leadership in one place. We're constantly creating new and relevant content. So all you have to do is, yeah, OK, wait, what does all of this have to do with Roslyn? I came into the director of people and culture role in 2022. My mission is to help people develop and grow, and I will Spark does that. Rosalyn understands what her entire platform is built on.
