Yup Dan Wilkinson the fire and discard CV that puts the total emphasis for everything in the hands of the recruiter. It's then galling when they bleat that no one ever comes back to them!
Dan Wilkinson.............also helpful if they say what they don't want to do and the their salary expectations ( shows they have thought through things a bit more). me - I could never be a prison warder Me - I wanted to be a bursar (narrow filed of employment) and me - I was prepared to work anywhere for the first 2 years after, having a stable base in Salisbury,; it lasted 4 years! hope your recruitment drive goes well 😀
