So what ways do you keep your mental health and check, you know, you know, you do meditation, you workout. But I think it was more of, again, always having a prepared mind. About what I wanted to do and that helped me stay focused. That helped me have a clarity and thought that helped me to block out noise because it's something I wanted, you know, something I wanted more than anything. And so I just dedicated all everything I had to doing that sport. So it helped me help my mind stay focused on that. Now you know when you're done because I concentrated everything I had on this. You, your mind psychologically is still like kind of tethered to that. So when I leave, when I left, I had a hard time. Really, really understanding. Like how to? Put focus and energy towards something else like football, like the NFL game. And that was hard for me. You know, it was hard, you know, not being around my teammates. It was hard not being in the environment and the culture. It was hard not being coached by being coached since I was eight years old, so I was 34. So it was hard not having somebody there that I was accountable to that could guide me along the path and help me. It was hard not having that, you know, and you think like, I want to be independent. I only got to listen to. I'm growing, I make a lot of money, but it's like, no, that's, that's support. That's the support staff in a way. Your coaches, you know, you know the PR team, you know, the people who prepare the meals. Like you don't understand how my life was automated. I just needed to go through this very well. And then when you're done with it, you're like. What happened? So I had to do a lot of like. Thinking about my mental health, how to do a lot of thinking about what impacts me and how to manage myself, which was very hard. So now do I workout every day? I try to, I try to stay from away from bad eating because that impacts your mental health. People don't believe that, but it does. So try to stay healthy from that perspective. Try to still be engaged in sports and football because it's something I've always done since I was a kid and I don't need to just like leave it alone and just push it to the side. Still need to be engaged because it's a part of who I am. And so and then, you know, come in and supporting y'all support about mental health, serving other people is a part of it. Whatever it is that you enjoy doing, do that.
