Tech leadership for busy founders: I accelerate product launches, streamline operations, and build A-player teams with Fractional CPTO support.

Ever wonder what a day in the life of a Start-up CTO looks like? Let me spoil it for you... it’s not all about writing code. A lot of time is spent in strategy meetings, persuading stakeholders, and chasing product timelines. Bringing a product to life involves developing an understanding of business needs, customer preferences and market trends. It's a roller-coaster ride but one that ends with achieving something truly meaningful. The ultimate reward? Seeing your vision turned into reality. How is your start-up journey shaping up? I'd love to hear about your experiences. Perhaps we can learn from each other.

In small startup teams, everyone needs to be a Swiss knife, including the technical founders. Later, as the team grows, you differentiate the functions into a product manager, CTO, back/front end/data engineers, etc. Not everyone is suited to handle the often overwhelming initial phase though!
