My grandfather used to say, buying a used car is buying someone else's problem. Sometimes that's true and to make sure that you aren't buying a problem vehicle, have it inspected prior to purchasing it. These inspections are called Pre-Purchase Inspections, or PPIs. A PPI will provide you with an idea of the overall health of the vehicle and may help you negotiate a better price.
