Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the opening ceremony for our recently completed project at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Working with HLM Architects and Pick Everard , this state-of-the-art facility, acquired through the SCAPE framework, was purpose-built to provide the Royal Corps of Army Music (RCAM) with an exceptional acoustic environment for rehearsals, performances, and musical collaboration. The facility was formally opened on the 23rd of January by HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh (DssE), which was followed by a fantastic performance from the band. It was truly rewarding to see the building come to life, fulfilling its purpose, and supporting such incredible artistry. Good work! And the Duchess is lovely. I met her at the opening of IVGs Net Zero carbon village in Caddington, when I gave her a tour of the plant room! 🤣
