Customer Marketing @ Maxio

Going to market without an effective order-to-cash process in place is like trying to run a marathon on a bum ankle. Sure, you can get a few miles in, but without a strong foundation you will inevitably slow down, hobble to the finish line, or fail to finish the race. Maybe you can get away with a bad order-to-cash process when you're super early stage and juggling a handful of customers. But the longer you wait, the more painful it gets and the odds you miss out on top line revenue through revenue leakage grows more likely. Moral of the story: nail your order-to-cash early BEFORE you experience growing pains or risk the inevitable slow down and painful run to the finish line courtesy of a bad FinOps foundation. P.S, we're hosting a webinar about order-to-cash mistakes and how to avoid them. Check it out - https://bit.ly/3K6PdRi
