We celebrated 125 years of Flender at the kick-off event at our headquarters in Germany together with our valued customers and suppliers but, most importantly, our dedicated employees. The #Darwin #shiplift is finally gaining some momentum from the Northern Territory Government. It's really encouraging to see the likes of Bardex Corporation, MMC Australia Pty Ltd & PCM GROUP PTY LTD offering a significant local manufacturing content, investment in jobs and growth for #localindustry for the #NT. There is lots discussion at the moment on the need to prioritise #nationalresilience, and with #NT being a #strategic focal point for #nationalsecurity, particularly in light of a renewed focus and capability upgrades for the Royal Australian Navy, investing #localcapacity building is a must. #Australia can have #capability as well as #sovereignindustry.
