You may not be aware of one of the best burger chains in the country. Pal's Sudden Service was a Tennessee-based burgers-and-fries, drive-thru-only fast-food chain founded in 1956. The operation is laser-like, intensely focused on one thing—the customer. Guess what? It's working. Now, if you're a competitor of Wendy's and don't have a breakfast menu, the data seems like breakfast is a worthwhile venture.
