Welcome to the future proofed sub stack. So excited for you to be here because this is the playbook that executives need to actually realize business value with AI. You've probably heard a lot of different things about how AI can help your company and you've probably gone down a handful of rabbit holes and then somewhat disappointed. Well, I assure you that this is going to be a mode of thinking that's going to help you understand how to think about a comprehensive go to market AI strategy that's not just siloed for a certain person. Or a team or a department, but rather is a systematic strategy that can be infused across your entire go to market and achieve some pretty remarkable results. So I'm going to frame up a little bit of how the market is thinking about AI and specifically AI for go to market teams and then give you a little bit of a taste of the type of content that you're going to get through this by subscribing to this sub stack. Here we go. The first main thing that you need to understand is kind of the state that we're all in right now and the state that we are in is a state of being completely overwhelmed. Go to market teams have all of these tasks and to Dos and manual processes because there are so many jobs to get done. And in order to solve any of those problems, you bring on a specialist, you bring on a tool, you bring on an outsource agency or something like that. And you end up in this environment of go to market bloat, which. Sort of ironically and counterintuitively slows teams down. You end up with all of these silo tools, you end up with all these manual processes, spitting out all this data that's disconnected and ultimately being very expensive and sadly pretty inefficient. And so the promise of AI is to flip the script and turn this bloated environment into an environment of super high velocity. And how can it do that with a truly strategic, truly systematic go to market AI approach? With unified tooling that is designed to automate or streamline as many processes as you can, taking data from different people, different teams, different departments, and actually leveraging that in a way that it's going to create super high velocity, hyper efficiency and hyper effectiveness. And so as you think about where to start, this is where a lot of executives don't really know. The AI is relatively new. And if all you do is log into a Copilot chat system, you're not really going to be able to realize business value so. What we're going to do in the sub stack is we're going to help you understand where can you start. Let's demystify the art of the possible. And here on the screen are some popular use cases that serve as the the wedge, the landing spot or the starting point for many go to market teams in their AI journey. Some teams start with content creation, some start with outbound prospecting. Some start with account based marketing or localization or deal coaching. Wherever the brightest burning fire is inside your company, there is an AI solution for that and the really interesting. Thing is that the more you start thinking in systems, the more you start thinking about how can we automate our streamline So many of these cumbersome processes with AI, the more you're going to realize how much interplay and interconnectedness there is between all of these strategies. Like, hey, we just use, we're using AI now to supercharge our content creation strategy. Well, now we have all of this content, how are we going to distribute it? Well, the outbound engine is a great way to distribute that content. ABM is a great way to distribute that content in a hyper personalized way to accounts and those accounts are multi. Geo So now we need a localization solution and you're going to start to see the interconnectedness of the web that really is go to market teams. And I know it sounds somewhat trite to say you're going to breakdown silos between sales and marketing. But because generative AI in particular can do this, can read, make sense of unstructured data, can connect the dots, can brainstorm, can think is maybe a bit too far, but certainly can connect the dots between different teams. It can help codify all of these processes and that is how you future. If you're going to market, you take your playbook, open up your marketing playbook, your sales playbook, your operations playbook to any page and you can codify that process in AI. This does not mean that you eliminate the human from the loop. Absolutely not. The humans need to be the ones creating the strategies, architecting the AI workflows to accomplish the process. And then there needs to be a human in the loop and the in the last mile in order to get things across the line. And so we're going to discuss a lot more about this strategy.
