According to the Berg Insight report, 20% of employees are lone workers, equating to approximately 2.7 million in the Nordics, with 1 million in Sweden. You might be reading this from your home office and thinking, "That's interesting, but it doesn't apply to me." The irony is that reading this from your home office, alone, could actually make you a lone worker 💡 The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority defines lone work in a single sentence: "Lone work is a work situation where a person performs tasks without direct supervision or support from others." I hadn’t really considered who qualifies as a lone worker until we introduced StaySafe to our solution suite. Sunday Summaries: Our weekly round-up for a fresh start! The first two weeks of January hold a strong focus on motivating our teams after a Christmas break, ready to hit our Q4 targets.
