Formerly known as Pines of Perinton, Evergreen East recently hosted a carnival themed Community Day event to celebrate the community’s new name and the grand opening of its newly renovated Community Building! This family-friendly event brought together residents and community partners to enjoy face painting, food trucks, a bounce house, and other fun activities! The new Community Building offers the community’s 508 households a central hub to gather, daycare services, tutoring and other resident services programs. The rehabilitation of the community began in March 2023, with a quarter of all apartments in the community being fully renovated as of June 2024. Set for completion in 2025, the community is now entering an exciting new chapter of its rehabilitation with its recent re-brand to Evergreen East. Check out all the fun our community had at the event and learn more about the rehabilitation project here: https://lnkd.in/eND-6rQ8
